Payment: $25/hour with a 2-hour minimum per appointment. After the minimum, time is billed in 1-hour increments. Drive time and payment method should be agreed upon directly between the agent and provider before the appointment.
Scope: Administrative and field support is limited to access, logistics, hosting, and coordination. Providers do not give real estate advice, pricing guidance, negotiation advice, or contract guidance.
Agents pay providers directly. REN does not process payments or take a percentage.
