Document Templates
Get your document platform configured with Real's information so you're ready to write offers, list properties, and stay compliant from day one. Follow these steps yourself or have your TC handle it for you.

Platform Setup
Configure your document drafting platform with Real's brokerage information.
Check your account email
Go to My Account → Account Settings → Personal Info. If your email is from your previous brokerage, change it to your new or preferred email in the "Manage Account" tab.
Create a new profile for Real
Go to My Account → Profiles → + Add Profile. Name it "Your Name (Real)" — for example, "Holly Hernandez (Real)". This keeps your old brokerage profile intact while you transition.
Fill in Real's company details
In your new profile, scroll to the Company section and enter Real's brokerage information exactly as shown below.
Create template folders
Create three template folders: Buyer Documents, Offer Documents, and Listing Documents. Add the forms listed in Section 2 below to each folder. Also upload the ABAD and Consumer Choice Disclosure PDFs to both the Buyer and Listing folders with text fields added.

IABS (TXR 2501) — Pre-Fill Table
The IABS form has a 4-line table. Fill in the first three lines with Real's information. Line 4 is the agent's own details.

Line 4 (highlighted) is the individual agent's information — fill this in with your own details.
Pre-Fill Reference — Which Fields to Fill
Only pre-fill the broker-level fields listed below. Everything else should be left blank and filled in per transaction.
Sellers Shield Setup
Real's partnered platform for Seller's Disclosures — free to use, with added compliance protection.
If you already have a Sellers Shield account
Log in at protect3.sellersshield.com , then go to Business → Brokerage.
Click "Unlink my Account" to remove your previous brokerage.
Link your account to Real Broker, LLC. Once linked, you'll see "Your account is currently linked to REAL."
If you're new to Sellers Shield
Go to protect3.sellersshield.com and select "Agent" as your user type.
Fill in your details: name, state (Texas), license number, phone, and company name (Real Broker, LLC).
Complete the signup, then follow the steps above to link your account to Real.
You're all set when...
Your document platform (Dotloop or Zipform) shows Real Broker, LLC as your brokerage
You have Buyer, Offer, and Listing template folders with all required forms
Broker info fields are pre-filled on the specific forms listed above
ABAD and Consumer Choice Disclosure are uploaded to Buyer and Listing folders
Your Sellers Shield account is linked to Real
