Elite Agent Program

Real's Elite Agent Award

High-production agents at Real Brokerage can qualify for a $16,000 stock award in RSUs — nearly offsetting the entire annual brokerage fee. This page explains the full qualification criteria, award structure, and vesting terms so you can evaluate it accurately.

Elite Agent Production Award

The Production Award recognizes agents who reach a high-volume production threshold within a single plan year. It is paid in Real (REAX) restricted stock units (RSUs) and vests over three years from the grant date. There are two ways to qualify:

Award Amount

$16,000 in RSUs

Vesting Period

3 years

Qualification Criteria, Path #1

  • 1.Be on the $12,000 cap plan.
  • 2.Reach the annual $12,000 cap ($80,000 in GCI).
  • 3.Pay $6,000 in post-cap transaction fees ($285 per transaction; ~21 transactions).

Qualification Criteria, Path #2

  • 1.Achieve a minimum GCI of $500,000 in the plan year.
  • 2.Complete 10 or more transactions with a sale price of $1,000,000 or greater.

Bonus Benefit

Agents who qualify for the Elite Agent Production Award also receive a reduced post-cap transaction fee of $129 per transaction (vs. the standard post-cap rate), effective for the remainder of the plan year.

Elite Agent Cultural Award

The Cultural Award recognizes agents who contribute to the Real community through teaching, mentoring, or giving back. It is separate from the Production Award and can be earned independently.

Award Amount

Up to $8,000 in RSUs

Vesting Period

3 years

How to Qualify

Awarded to agents who teach or give back to the Real community — for example, hosting training sessions, contributing to Real Academy, or participating in community initiatives. Specific criteria are determined by Real Brokerage's awards program and may vary by year.

What this means in context

At a $600,000 GCI level (roughly $20M in sales at 3% commission), an agent who qualifies for the Elite Agent Production Award would receive $16,000 in RSUs. Real's annual brokerage fee is capped at $12,000. The RSU award therefore exceeds the entire annual fee cost — effectively returning more than the agent paid in fees, in the form of company equity.

This is a meaningful distinction from other brokerages, where high-production agents pay more in fees as volume grows (or pay the same fees with no equity offset). At Real, the economics improve at scale rather than staying flat or worsening.

The RSUs vest over three years, so the full value is realized over time — not as immediate cash. Agents should factor in the REAX stock price at vesting when evaluating the award's realized value.
