Intended use of this site
This website is a personal information resource operated by Bob Martin, a Real Brokerage agent and member of Real Edge Network. It is designed to be shared one-on-one with real estate agents who have an existing relationship with Bob or another REN member and are actively evaluating whether Real Brokerage is the right fit for their business.
This site is not intended for use in paid advertising, cold email campaigns, mass text messages, automated outreach, or any other form of unsolicited agent attraction. Any use of this site in those contexts would be inconsistent with its purpose and with Real Brokerage's Agent Attraction Code of Conduct.
Compliance with Real Brokerage's Agent Attraction Code of Conduct
Real Brokerage's Agent Attraction Code of Conduct governs how Real agents may attract prospective agents to the brokerage. This site is operated in accordance with that policy. Specifically:
This site is shared only in relationship-driven conversations with agents Bob has an existing connection with — not distributed through paid ads, cold outreach, or automated systems.
No exclusive incentives, leads, coaching services, CRM access, rebates, or other prohibited consideration is offered in exchange for naming Bob or any REN member as a sponsoring agent.
This site does not encourage prospective agents to bypass, nullify, or disregard existing contractual obligations with their current brokerage.
This site does not disparage agents at other brokerages or attempt to poach agents who have already identified a sponsoring agent at Real.
Resources described on this site are available to agents who join Real through REN in the ordinary course — they are not exclusive offers conditioned on sponsor selection.
Earnings and income disclosures
