How Real's team model works
Real offers two team structures: Standard Teams and Pro Teams. Both allow team leaders to build and grow a team under the Real umbrella with significantly lower overhead than a traditional franchise team model.
Team members have their own caps — typically $6,000 per year — and the team leader can structure internal splits with team members as they see fit. Real doesn't dictate internal team economics.

No franchise royalties on team production
At traditional franchise brokerages, team production is subject to royalty fees that can significantly reduce the economics of running a team. At Real, there are no royalty fees.
Team members get the same platform benefits
Every team member at Real gets access to the same technology, tools, and platform as solo agents. There's no tiered access or premium required for team members to use the full platform.
Revenue share extends to team members you attract
If you attract team members to Real, you can earn revenue share on their production — creating additional income beyond your team's internal economics.
Flexibility to structure your team your way
